Changed battery under warranty, the whole process from booking to communication was flawless. Their rep took great care of me. They have really nice coffee machines for clients waiting. Overall great experience at this dealer.

I brought my 2016 Toyota Prius in to Findlay Toyota in Henderson for routine maintenance service. My service experience was good; no issues, other than there being lines of 3 or 4 cars waiting at each of the entry bays for their service department. However, within about 2 minutes following my arrival, several of their service staff members fanned out across all the bays to expedite checking in all the waiting drivers.
