Everything went smoothly after that, including complementary car wash. Service advisor contacted Lyft and we were able to eat lunch at Panera while car was being serviced. Lyft picked us up when we were done, and the car was ready. All in all a very good experience.

Often, the ignition button does not start the engine. They have not been able to find problem. This problem does not seem to happen while my vehicle is with them.
