This review is for Brandon Snowden, not Tyler Campuzano, as I did not work with him. During a visit to this dealership for a recall, I was deeply frustrated when my bumper was damaged in the process. What made matters worse was the excessive time it took to address the issue, and I was unfairly charged for the repair despite it not being my fault. Tim my service person was pleasant and welcoming for my intake and helped me with the dental which really made my day as I had two important appt’s. My car was serviced well. Price was stiff but service was needed.
I was met promptly upon arrival! Check in was quick and friendly. The waiting area was clean and plenty of seating for all the guests.
My rep was Kevin who was courteous & thorough. Did not like the gory Halloween decorations.
Service consultants are excellent. Nice lobby to wait for the car. Coffee machines are a nice touch. Halloween decorations are great except for one thing. They are a little loud.
