It was very easy to schedule and get in for my 10000 mile service. My only negative was the service agent told me 1 hour and after 1 hour and 35 minutes and I had to check on my vehicle. He never checked on my vehicle until I asked about the delay and he never communicated with me.

The vehicle I wanted at first was almost close to closing it out and then they came back and told me they couldn’t it sell it to me because there was a recall. So from an 800 monthly payment it almost doubled but I ended up with a newer vehicle Imstead. I also didn’t get a driver side floor mat. The other mats were there. I asked the salesman if I could get a mat for my driver side and told me yes he can. I had my truck for 4 months and nothing has ever came about it.
