On 7/15/2022, I took my car for service. I waited 10 minutes for it to open. At 7:00 am, service advisor Kuilani approached my vehicle and got me in first. I was leaving the service center by 7:30 am. Kuilani is a very professional and capable Honda employee. Keep up the great work.
I've had great service advisors over the past 9 years but Kuilani is a standout! Brought my Pilot in for 3yr, 20,000 mile service which I was told would take most of the day. Dealership now provides ride home and back using Lift, that they pay for. This is a great service differentiator. I also appreciate that Kuilani physically checks your car to ensure it's clean prior to paying for the service. Great dealership and customer service.

I've been coming here for years and have always been treated with respect. My now 15 yr old Honda Accord has stayed in great condition. My visit yesterday was an oil change and to check it over, especially the air conditioning which was starting to make noises. I will have a new compressor installed and will follow up in the following months with a few other issues which is expected in an older car. I absolutely love my car and want to keep it great condition for years to come.
