Ayden answered most questions I had. Was polite and professional. The interest rates were high, but that was kinda expected. My only negative and not Ayden's fault, was the estimate I brought with me from Findlay website was $3k more than what I was given.
Our sales guy was willing to go above and beyond to get us the vehicle we were wanting. We will purchase from him again.
The best part of the Centennial Honda Dealership is the Service Department. I prefer to , whenever possible, have Anthony Hernandez take care, as well as advise me regarding my Honda CR-V. Everyone in the Service Department is helpful, friendly and always courteous.
Shaun has always been extremely helpful to me and has gone above and beyond with each and every situation.
David was awesome - great Customer service. I had a recall on my Honda Pilot last year and never got done until now. I completely forgot about the recall. I was told I would get a call back when part would arrive. Anyways, David checked my history and account and took care of it. Thank you so much David for your excellent service!
