We took in our 2019 PP for it’s usual oil change and now our transmission service, Brandy was very professional, friendly and overall informative.
The process of scheduling my car for service was seamless. Ryan was extremely helpful with keeping me updated on any potential issues.
I took in my crv for its first oil change and I had a good experience the staff was welcoming , fast and efficient . I waited in the waiting area for my car they had coffee and water for me and they returned my car in less than an hour . Noah was very informative and explained everything during my visit.
Service time was less than I anticipated. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly, especially the man who helped me find my car when I was told it was ready. 😊

I find this dealership very accommodating, even with hard negotiations, they still make us feel important.
I had some very weird issues with my vehicle (most of my own making) and my service advisor Victor fixed them all. He went way above and beyond, and I cannot be more thankful. I had a really good experience buying my vehicle here but I usually get it serviced at another dealership closer to my office but I will rethink that and bring my car here. Thank you, again, Victor.
I have had an ongoing issue with wind noise and the dealership has been great working with me to resolve. Noah, my service technician stuck with it, and when I was able to identify exactly where the noise was coming from, he made sure to get the part ordered before I brought the vehicle back in. Even though it’s been a little frustrating, I am more than satisfied with the service department.
