The best customer service can be provided by Kuilani Robinson. She greets you with a smile and takes care of you as if you are part of the family. She is very detail oriented and makes sure you understand everything prior to leaving and updates you as the service is going on. Every shop needs an employees like Kuilani. Findlay Honda takes great care of my car and does not try to sell services not needed. It is refreshing how they care for your vehicle.
They went above and beyond to help me in my search for the vehicle I was looking for, they are very welcoming, professional and kind.
