I've been coming here since I bought my CRV in 2019 from Findlay. I've never had an issue with service, and that was true of my latest visit. I used the express service for an oil change and tire rotation. Initially I had a code that indicated more would be needed, but the service attendant I spoke with said some of the service wouldn't be necessary as they'd been done fairly recently.
