"No respect for disabled persons" Showed up at dealer, all disabled parking spots had a iras parked in them. Found sales rep Gary. He did not seem interested in selling car. Did not seem to care handicap parking spots were taken by their cars.

" Misleading customers" Did not reveal inportant information and charge you extra money. When you go back and report the issue they dont take any responsibilty and instead blame you.

"BUYER BEWARE" At Findlay Acura it is truly BUYER BEWARE. On 7/15/16, my wife and I went in to buy a 2017 White ILX from salesman, Joe Marino. After the usual back and forth negotiating we went into the finance office to sign the normal mountain of paperwork. Like most, I did not read everything put in front of me. "only fair" After purchasing a RDX, my salesman John Williams was caught in several lies when I asked if my registration ready for pickup at the dealer. He told me there was no-one was on duty (it was a saturday, the most busy day of the week). I drove to the dealership and discovered all the offices were open and functioning. He explained he was too busy to call me back. I went back to the service department the next week to have a small piece of trim replaced. They were the best, courtesy and kindness prevailed.

"Slimey Cars Salemen and Team " I regret my decision to buy a car here. Not only did I find a lot of issues with car after I purchased it. Everyone from the GM Kevin, to the finance manager, the guy who answered the phone and my cars salesman Anthony were condescending liars.

"poor service after sale" no responce to phone calls i have a car i can not drive no one seems to care once they have your money tried to call mr hicks always busy or unaviable

"Horrible experience purchasing a used vehicle here. " Horrible experience purchasing a used vehicle here. They say one thing and do another. Make sure you get everything in writing! I live in California was promised my car would be titled here, but guess what, not only was that not done - I was told after the fact - oops, sorry, nothing we can do and now I have a HUGE mess. Have had the car for 4 months and still no registration or license plates. They are a joke.

"Bought a used car before we drove it out the lot we..." Bought a used car before we drove it out the lot we noticed some issues we wanted fixed before we took it home Marcos our sales consultant assured us he would take the car n get it fixed couple days later n the same noise was coming from the car not too mention they put floor mats that belong to another vehicle causing them to stick to the gas peddle so we take the car in to get it fixed for the third time now n all they did was make excuses and give us the run around ... read more
