My fiancee and I were looking to pick up a car to replace our old one, Mike from the first time we saw him was great, no pressure, shot straight and told us how it was, i enjoyed car buying, and for a first time buyer they pulled me a lot of deals, i really enjoyed my entire experience and i must say i will be shopping there for cars from now on, it was fantastic.

"Called up the dealership looking for a manager, Red..." Called up the dealership looking for a manager, Red Donohue answered the phone, he was very pleasant and very informative on the product. He offered me a 50.00 dollar try out our service department coupon. Well I stopped in to get my Lexus an oil change. The next minute Red showed up and ended up showing me a 2011 TL. Our salesman, Michael Pool, and the entire sales staff were professional, friendly, and helpful in every way to make our purchase experience very pleasant and a positive one. When I took our 2008 RDX back for service ten days later, the service staff were equally as professional, friendly and helpful! I would recommend this dealership to family and friends for purchasing a new or certified vehcile.

"I proposed a price and they essentially met it. They..." I proposed a price and they essentially met it. They worked through the payment process so that it came out exactly like I wanted. While it took a long time to get the paperwork done, Mike Pool sat with me and made sure that I had everything I needed. Several managers who were not part of the negotiation came over and expressed their appreciation for my business. I felt welcome. Thus, the whole process exceeded my expectations.

Car bought from you with a five-year warranty you are not honoring it. You sold me a bill of goods that isn’t true on the used car and the only reason I took it was because of the five-year bumper-to-bumper warranty that you promised I was going to have and you have not fulfilled that and then you try to get me in the more expensive pieces When I’m in there it’s very deceptive and I will never buy a car from you again and if there’s anything I can do the advertise and deter people from you I will

My service manager is John and I had zero issues with him on how he handled everything. My issue is with the mechanics that worked on a vehicle under lack of respect for my Porsche, especially with WHITE INTERIOR! -driver door scuffed with black markings -engine bay were never washed as I made multiple request as part of the service was coolant leak. That said there is dried coolant crust all over the engine. I was told that was done.. suffice to say, IT WASNT!! -broke my aftermarket wide lense rear view mirror cover, broke ... read more

My phone keeps randomly going silent while I’m driving! The navigation disconnects daily. The windows are still sticky, the transmission sounds like it’s on its last leg. The stereo system randomly turns monotone, I’ve already had to replace two tires, and the problems just keep piling up. And to top it all off, I find out that Acura lied about the car never being in an accident, what a complete joke! Not to mention the countless hours I’ve wasted trying to get these problems fixed at both Acura dealerships.
