The sales and leasing personnel were not at all helpful when I attempted to get info on buyout on lease
We took our 2014 Acura MDX in for an oil change a couple of weeks ago. The service department informed us that the front struts were leaking and needed to be replaced ($1367.96) and both front lower control arm bushings were torn ($963.99). I got a second opinion from the mechanic that I take the Acura to when I want the truth and he informed me that NEITHER needed to be fixed. "Great Car bu Unethical" I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Acura ILX from Findley Acura In Henderson. The car runs great and I look forward to taking care of the car. This is the good part about my transaction with this company. When going through the financing, I was directed to a man named Matt Pesce, the finance director. I had some issues with him. "Horrible buying experience" Despite having done all my paper work days in advance I had to wait 2 hours just to hand them a check. Apparently they have 15-20 people who can sell cars but only one who can be handed a check when you’re paying CASH for a new car. Then none of the all weather floor mats had been installed and when I pointed that out they can me the boxes of floor mats and made me put them in. You’ll get more “luxury” treatment at a normal Honda dealership.
"Ripped odd my elderly parents " This dealer tricked my elderly parents into leasing a vehicle when their car was almost paid off. My father has dementia and mother has other medical conditions. They will be unable to make the payments and now lost all of their equity in their 2 year old vehicle. The dealer is unwilling to reverse the deal even though it should be void since my parents did understand what they were signing. Please never buy a car from them.
"Sold duplicate transmission service" Visiting from Oregon and needed an oil change. Was told Acura recommended additional transmission services totaling over $400. Upon returning to my home town dealer for another oil change I reviewed prior service records only to find out the transmission services had been performed only 6,000 miles prior. Even contacting Acura corporate has yielded very little except an apology. While I've owned an Acura since 1988, this will most likely be my last one.
"waste of my time and money" Worst buying experience in my life. Absolutely horrible. Only positive part was their sales person. Purchased 2016 MDX certified with 7000 miles for 46.000 $. As soon as I left their parking lot the car started shaking. After few days stopped at their dealersip. Reason for shaking - all tires were defective. Really ? "Worst deal for your money " Hello fellow reviewers , let me drop this summarized version of my experience . So I purchased a certified vehicle back in May of 2017 with these guys . Originally my loan was done incorrectly and with other consent . I was able to get that fixed but shortly after all the service issues started happening .
