You won't be disappointed with FNF. This was the first time I've ever had my large Tibetan rugs cleaned ~ also 3 off-white chairs ~ so I was concerned about the care and end result. Believe me, you do NOT need to join Angie's list to be assured FNF will do a superior job on your oriental rugs or upholstery! I was 100 satisfied.
