Professional, friendly and timely service which I highly recommendby. As an example, I was in California when a leak occurred in my home flooding my bathroom and den. The den was carpeted and seriously impacted by water. Fred came immediately on being called and moved furniture pulled up the carpet and after three days everything was back to normal with no trace of the incident. Great job!

Great Job. Very happy with the service and the cleaning. He worked super hard and was very nice to deal with. Even put little foam blocks under the legs of the furniture after placing it back onto the carpet so the moisture could more easily evaporate. Carpet looks great. Stayed damp a little longer than expected but otherwise happy. Will recommend.

My carpets look like new. I think this is a great company. They didn't try to up charge me for anything and they were very professional and reasonably priced.They have a confirmation call and will call when on the way.I am really really impressed and lastly, my carpets look AMAZING! He was also on time for the appointment. I will certainly use them again.

Prompt, professional and courteous! I had a time constraint to get my carpets cleaned in my new place I was moving to. F&F was responsive and accomodating. They were upfront with estimate and there were no hidden fees or "add ons" for other charges. Carpets look great and I will call them everytime I need their services!

Great response and coordination. We had a small leak into the house and Fred worked us in and got the carpet pulled up and the wet pad removed. After drying out the carpet, he install new pad, stretched and installed the existing carpet after disinfecting the area and then steam cleaned the carpet. He was accommodating and extremely professional and friendly. I would recommend FNF carpet cleaning to anyone.
