Selected them from the phone book, two years ago. They did a good job then, when I needed them again a week ago, they were able to pull up our account. It was nice, they were able to come within a two hour window so I didn't have to take a half day off of work.

F & F Carpet Cleaning came on a moments notice and did everything they said they could do. It was the best experience I have ever had with a cleaning service. Fred even told me he would come back the next day, if needed!! WOW!!

Fred was very helpful and thorough in explaining how my rug was to be cleaned. He did all he promised and was diligent in communicating with me when the job was completed. Altogether an excellent experience!

Fred did a nice job on the carpets. Good price for whole house carpet cleaning. Pre-treatment was included. Only addition was charge for stairs.

F & F did a fantastic job with our carpets! We have a very furry, fine-haired dog, and F&F was able to do such a good job, that our carpet looks brand new. I recommend them!

Great Job!! F & F Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job bringing an older worn carpet back to life. We weren't sure we could save this carpet as there were deep holes/marks from furniture and lots of normal wear & tear. F & F Cleaning did an awesome job with both the cleaning and "plumping" up the areas where furniture had been setting on the carpets for years. I recommend them and will use them again myself. Quick turn around - dedication to achieving resuls. I contacted the F&F team to clean a house before giving it back to our landlord. A little disconnect on the time but I understand why there were delays. Farhad did a very good job making sure our carpet was really clean (and it was quite stained). He was also taking the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. I was also able to get F&F to clean my carpet within 24 hours of reaching out. So thank you!
