The results were better than expected. Great Job. The carpet cleaning took much longer than expected, but the carpet spaces were quite soiled. Fahad took us thru the steps and tried to come up with the best results. My only negative was that we were told carpets would be dry in 4-6 hours and it took 15 hours. I believe the extra work necessary to clean required additional wetness. The end result was very good

On time and professional. F&F carpet cleaning is a great choice for your carpet cleaning needs. They did a great job coming into my office building exactly on time and finishing at an amazing rate. Everyone was very accommodating and professional. Very impressive. I would definitely call them back for a 3rd time.

Excellent work AND excellent Customer Service! We were looking to have our carpets professionally cleaned after watching a friends dog for 6 months. We had pet stains and wanted a real good job done with our carpet, which we typically clean ourselves. We looked for companies that had good reviews, and called F&F. Waited a little over an hour for F & F to arrive, but after they arrived and completed the job, the carpet looked and smelled brand new again. I would definitely recommend their services!

Called Sunday, booked appt. for Monday early afternoon. Gentleman came earlier as i had mentioned I was on a time crunch. Quote was sort of high for small job, yet we were able to compromise. Quick and efficient!
