I was a pleasure working with Discount AC Parts. I ordered a compressor kit for a 2003 Mercury Sable from A.J. who was very professional and knowledgeable. I received the compressor in mail a couple of days after my order was received. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the compressor due to cost of replacing compressor was worth more than the car. I ordered the parts from the UK and the guy I spoke to was very helpfull and knowledgeable. We went through the order process step by step including the payment on a UK Debit Card. He advised the parts were in stock and would be despatched that day and would take around 7 to 10 days as it was international by UPS. It arrived 4 days later! great service.
After searching for a week I was lucky enough to find Discount AC parts, Robert was great and got the compressor I needed, which was no simple matter. Thanks to all of the salespersons and you can bet that I will pass this along to my friends in the business.

I bought a compressor for my 2005 Ford Five Hundred. I had my local Ford dealership install the compressor. I saved over $500 by purchasing this item from Discount AC Parts. The compressor works great and I now have cold AC again. I would highly recommend Discount AC Parts to anyone that does not want to pay the outrageous prices on parts charged by dealers but would still like to get quality parts for their vehicle.
getting the part, everything was great. but I found out that I did not need the parts. I only need a $80.00 hose. I wish returning it was as easy as getting it. You have to take a survey to avoid a reshocking fee,then you need to give more info about yourself,F it just charge me the fee and forget it.
