I am pleased to give my highest praise at the service Toby of DiscountACparts.com gave me recently. Although I live in Va., when my wife's Caravan lost its AC compressor, none of the several Chrysler dealers in the Northern Virginia area I contacted had a compressor in stock. Being a Friday afternoon, none could get it overnight from a warehouse until the next Monday. The repair would then have not been completed until Tue. or Wed. I needed a part for my air conditioner. a call to my local parts store came up empty. so a quick google search revealed discount ac parts. listed 7th, i liked the name i guess.i did a search on the site and they had the part in stock.excellent index and search engine on the site by the way.. a call to the company and i was in touch with a rep, Robert Kent. he took the order and was able to ship it out the same day, free freight... should have the part friday in texas and have cold air shortly after....excellent service and s... read more
