They answer the phone promptly and were real helpfull in placing my order and got it shipped to me overnight by Fedex because my mechanic was waiting on it, and they added an extra item in that my repair man wanted about 15 minutes later and didn,t charge me for it and Igot my compressor the next day. Now he say's i have to have a new evaporator , so i probably will get one later-john aday

There was a problem and they would not have my re-built part for four days. They gave me a brand new one for discount so it went out that day. Outstanding service. Items arrived in a very secured package to ensure items were not damaged also they arrived in a timely manner. A few items were not use and when I called to inquire about the return policy they said return them with the core in the postage paid box. In a few days my account was credited did not have to pay any extra than the parts did not even have to leave a core deposit, overall the my experience with Discount AC Parts was outstanding I will definitely do business with them and recommend them to family... read more
