I ordered an A/C kit online and somehow the site placed two separate orders for the same item. I called to have it straightened out and the rep I spoke to was very helpful in fixing the double order before any charges went through. The parts I received were exactly as promised. I am very happy with this purchase.
They answer the phone promptly and were real helpfull in placing my order and got it shipped to me overnight by Fedex because my mechanic was waiting on it, and they added an extra item in that my repair man wanted about 15 minutes later and didn,t charge me for it and Igot my compressor the next day. Now he say's i have to have a new evaporator , so i probably will get one later-john aday

I was very please with the accuracy of the item described. The item was shipped as promised and arrived faster than I expected. I was told by my mechanic that I had made a great buy.

There was a problem and they would not have my re-built part for four days. They gave me a brand new one for discount so it went out that day. I received my order in a timely manner. However, customer service/technical support follow-up is inadequate. I submitted an online inquiry requesting some instructions on 12-20-2010. Despite the notice that they'll respond within a day or two, I am still waiting for a response on 12-27-2010. Outstanding service. Items arrived in a very secured package to ensure items were not damaged also they arrived in a timely manner. A few items were not use and when I called to inquire about the return policy they said return them with the core in the postage paid box. In a few days my account was credited did not have to pay any extra than the parts did not even have to leave a core deposit, overall the my experience with Discount AC Parts was outstanding I will definitely do business with them and recommend them to family... read more
