I ordered an A/C kit online and somehow the site placed two separate orders for the same item. I called to have it straightened out and the rep I spoke to was very helpful in fixing the double order before any charges went through. The parts I received were exactly as promised. I am very happy with this purchase.

They answer the phone promptly and were real helpfull in placing my order and got it shipped to me overnight by Fedex because my mechanic was waiting on it, and they added an extra item in that my repair man wanted about 15 minutes later and didn,t charge me for it and Igot my compressor the next day. Now he say's i have to have a new evaporator , so i probably will get one later-john aday

Very good merchant. Easy to navigate web-site. I had a question after I placed my order and called direct. Person on the line was helpful. There was a problem and they would not have my re-built part for four days. They gave me a brand new one for discount so it went out that day.
