I am completely satisfied with both the products and the customer service. I tend to be skeptical of online ordering and did not immediately place the order. After continued research I called back and did place my order. During the original call I was offered a discount that was not offered the second time, upon receiving my emailed invoice I noticed the difference, called and spoke to the first CSR and was promptly issued a credit. I had to replace an ac compressor and receiver/dryer on my daughters car. Found Discount AC Parts online and was amazed at the price for the entire kit was $285. I was expecting to pay $400 for the compressor alone. Shipping was free and delivery was timely(approx 3 days). Everything matched up perfectly and have had no problems with parts. When I found out it was going to cost over $1000 for just the air conditioning condenser, I thought there was no way I could make it through this hot summer. I purchased this AC Compressor in Oct-2009, had a problem with it in July-2010, I called Discount AC Parts to replace defective part. It's so refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind their product. I had no problem at all getting the part replaced, the service rep (Eric) was extremely helpful. He sent the part out same day with a return label for the core. I would deal with this company and refer them anytine.
