Very knowledgeable and helpful phone sales support folks. Quick shipping, excellent packaging, everything arrived in perfect shape. I purchased a complete AC kit with 2 day shipping. All-in, delivered to my door it was $200 cheaper than local parts store. Local mechanic charged $150 to install it, so my installed price was cheaper than parts alone. I am completely satisfied with both the products and the customer service. I tend to be skeptical of online ordering and did not immediately place the order. After continued research I called back and did place my order. I had to replace an ac compressor and receiver/dryer on my daughters car. Found Discount AC Parts online and was amazed at the price for the entire kit was $285.
