I am really impressed with the customer service level, specially that of A.J. who helped me deal with misleading info from my mechanic saying the part didn't fit, but that wasn't the case. A.J. was helpful and supportive about the matter and was willing to deal with the mechanic if needed. With A.J. help we could determine that the mechanic wasn't very well informed about the location of the part. Thank you!!!

Best service every. Car dealers better take note on price on ac parts if they want to sell parts. California to Florida shipping less than 24 hrs. to get parts factory parts to boots. Way to go. Thank You Jonathan

Bill is the most helpfull and knowledgeable sales rep i have ever worked with. He is always accurate and pays attention to detail like shipping times and compressor types. The parts were shipped and delivered on time. The mechanics that I hired to repair my vehicle described the parts as well made and of excellent quality. The 12 month warranty is an added benefit. I couldn't be more pleased with my order from Discount AC Parts!

The equipment was shipped quickly and packed adequately against any damage. I've done a lot of car repairs, and this was one of the better transactions- no complaints.
