With a quick Google search i found the Discount AC Parts website to find what I required for my vehicle. I found the website to be very user friendly, accurate and informative. It even made suggestions for ensuring my repair was done right. Since I am located in Canada I needed to phone the 1-800 number. My son, who is a mechanic, looked online to see if he could find a good deal on an A/C compressor for my '94 LHS and discovered a great price at Discount AC Parts for the entire kit. He knew that he couldn't get near as good a deal through his local suppliers, so he had me order it. I spoke with AJ by phone and he was very helpful and courteous. I wish the online experience was as good as the over the Phone experience with Marshall was. I had a delay in my shipment due to a computer error. So, Marshal 2nd AIR my order to help me get the item my customer needed to get his A/C ICE COLD again. I thank you for all your help. I am really impressed with the customer service level, specially that of A.J. who helped me deal with misleading info from my mechanic saying the part didn't fit, but that wasn't the case. A.J. was helpful and supportive about the matter and was willing to deal with the mechanic if needed. With A.J. help we could determine that the mechanic wasn't very well informed about the location of the part. Thank you!!!
