I wish the online experience was as good as the over the Phone experience with Marshall was. I had a delay in my shipment due to a computer error. So, Marshal 2nd AIR my order to help me get the item my customer needed to get his A/C ICE COLD again. I thank you for all your help. I am really impressed with the customer service level, specially that of A.J. who helped me deal with misleading info from my mechanic saying the part didn't fit, but that wasn't the case. A.J. was helpful and supportive about the matter and was willing to deal with the mechanic if needed. With A.J. help we could determine that the mechanic wasn't very well informed about the location of the part. Thank you!!!
