Initially, I received a faulty compressor and had some communication problems. However, the issues were resolved and I'm satisfied, after speaking with Eric P. It shows they do care about their reputation, which is a very good sign.
They work with me suggested a better compressor which will would last longer. They were very helpful.

I had a couple problems with my order, but after talking to the manager Andy, he straightened everything out and made the experience better. basically what happened was the order got mixed up somehow, but in the end my car was fixed and I now have cold air when I need it. Thanks Andy!
