I am very pleased with the service this company provides. An associate, Chris, was of great assistance and went above and beyond to assist me. I did not ask or prompt him but he consulted with his manager to give me a brand new ac compressor for the refurbished price (I was initially going to purchase a refurbished compressor). That is excellent service! I am very grateful for the service!

Ordered kit for my Focus. Arrived fast and complete. Turned out there are 2 different driers available and I picked the wrong one. Henry at customer support shipped me out the replacement. The entire installation, including a full system flush, took less than 2 hours. Once I bolt up the new drier, I should be ready to cool. What a savings over going to the shop. DiscountACParts was fast and the low price leader as well.

Exact fit! I had to order a reman'd from a national store (rhymes with devanced duto darts) and it wasnt even close to the right part! You guys sent the exact part quickly and if went in without a hitch...thanks!

Part was delivered promptly on time, more than adequately packaged and and in good condition. The only problem was my brother inlaw the mechanic didn't know to flush system before installing new compressor!

Just purchased an AC Compressor w/clutch for my 2004 Pontiac Vibe. CSR, was extremely helpful. Didn't take a long time to get a human on the phone. Price was reasonable. Happy with experience.
