I spoke with Chris and was quite pleased with everything. He handled my purchase professionally and quickly. He spoke clearly and was pleasant throughout our conversation. I thought the price was very fair and the warranty a very positive addition. I enjoyed a very positive buying experience and would recommend Discount AC Parts to anyone. I have not received my parts at this time, but I feel confident that all will go well.

I was very impressed with the service and speed of delivery. Price was important to me too, and this was a great price for the part I ordered. But the best part was when the part was ready to ship, the service department called me because my email address was incorrect. We got that corrected, and I could track my package. I took the part to my local mechanic, who installed it the next day. And everything is working great. I will definitely be ordering from Discount AC Parts again.

My experience with AC Parts was nothing less than spectacular. I spoke with Chris and he was very helpful and informative about the part(s) I needed. I would definitely recommend purchasing car parts from AC Parts because offer the best prices. I searched online everywhere and they had the best deals by far. Thanks to AC Parts and especially Chris I won't be dying of a heat stroke since my AC went out. LOL! Great business!

Pros: Good parts, very fast shipping event to Canada, and prices are unbeatable. Cons: If ordering multiple complete kits, caution as part can be mixed up as per my experience. Customer service is no help in these matters. Relatable part number labels would be handy.

The compressor arrived very promptly as promised, and was installed today. It turns out I should have ordered the "Kit" as I needed the extra parts! Another website that I looked at later had a nice description of the problems one can run into, and suggested replacing those two items at the same time, so until I got your parcel and the info sheet and warranty, I didn't know that I should have ordered the "kit" ! Perhaps a similar description under "more info" would help.
