Parts are new as described. They were packaged well, and delivered ahead of schedule. Still in the process of installing the kit on my truck. Great prices on parts and kits. Fast deliver I received my parts in 5 buisness days on the east coast. Only thing is I wish the compressor instructions were a little more detailed as to how much oil to add to the compressor but overall very happy.
