The compressor arrived very promptly as promised, and was installed today. It turns out I should have ordered the "Kit" as I needed the extra parts! Another website that I looked at later had a nice description of the problems one can run into, and suggested replacing those two items at the same time, so until I got your parcel and the info sheet and warranty, I didn't know that I should have ordered the "kit" ! Perhaps a similar description under "more info" would help.
The entire process with Discount AC Parts was great! Great website, great customer service, great price and delivery! I will definitely use them again and refer them to others.
I was very pleased with the service I received when ordering my part. The gentleman stayed on the phone with me until he new I was satisfied, and had gotten all the answers I needed. We even compared the picture of the part I wanted over the internet. He was very professional, and in no hurry to help me. I will continue to do business with his company in the future.
