After finding your website i printed it off to show my AC mechanic and he picked a compressor out. I called today and Jonny was very helpful explaining that i probably needed the install kit as well, the service was very helpful and i have printed my order confirmation of my email in a matter of minutes after placing it

Received the AC compressor and cluth unit I ordered on time. The unit has been installed and works great. My wife has MS so the new AC unit will help her stay cool for the up-coming summer weather. Thanks for the outstanding customer service.

I contacted Discount AC Parts because my compressor was leaking oil. I talked to the guys there and they literally walked me through what I needed for the repair, how to install the parts, the order process and method of delivery. The whole process was straight forward and concise. The parts arrived timely. The price was great and shipping was free via UPS ground. Once installed the A/C worked fine and gets quite cold. MY initial review was as follows "After three attempts Discount AC Parts appears to have gotten my order correct. The people are friendly but they DO NOT LISTEN WELL. I needed a replacement for a Seltec 488-47075 compressor. Twice the wrong one was sent. They did take the wrong one back without penalty but this has put my project 2 weeks behind waiting for the company to deliver the correct part. This is even though I used next day air with the associated cost. If I had elected standard shipping it might have cost me another... read more
