I called Discount A/C Parts to ask a few questions before placing my order for an A/C unit for my wife's car and spoke to Sean. He was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. I will definitely order from Discount A/C Parts again. I will recommend them to anyone that needs A/C parts. I am really thankful to find such good customer service.

I must tip my hat to the team at Discount AC Part for their prompt communication. Just a moment I completed my order, Javier contacted me by email to let me know there was a problem fulfilling my order. The ac compressor I wanted was sold out, but with one phone call Kim upgraded my order to a newer part. The newer compressor would've cost me nearly $100 more but Discount AC Parts made sourcing it far more cost effective. The AC compressor works great in my car. These people rock! I ordered the wrong part and was in a panic. Customer service helped me find the correct part, get the needed accessories for it (that my mechanic forgot to tell me about) and are sending me a return label for the wrong item. The customer service was excellent. I recommended this company to my mechanic and will tell anyone else to shop here too!
