These people rock! I ordered the wrong part and was in a panic. Customer service helped me find the correct part, get the needed accessories for it (that my mechanic forgot to tell me about) and are sending me a return label for the wrong item. The customer service was excellent. I recommended this company to my mechanic and will tell anyone else to shop here too!

This was my first time ordering from Discount AC Parts, from the beginning everything went smooth, customer service was great and got me through my first order, I ordered the part for my elderly mom, she was told this is what she needed by a repair person, I found out it was another issue and not the AC so the dreaded return was in effect, I packaged it back as as described in the return policy, sent it back to them and hoped for the best, This return went off without a snag as did the purchase, my mother has most of her mon... read more
