"I love the fact that the call centers are in in the United States. I didn't have to wait very long to speak to a live person but wouldn't have minded because the hold music was so great. My customer service agent was very friendly and efficient. This is the second purchase that I have made in a matter of a few months. I don't think I would shop for parts anywhere else.
