"my overall experience was great I had mistaken with an a/c compressor and had to return it to the San Diego ware house, called Marcus Wilson at customer service and he was super patient and explained in details each of the restocking process, I asked him to consider a reduction on a fee for restocking my part since a purchased another one of similar price, so he went ahead and did some magical trick and help me cutting off that fee, so thank you Marcus once again for making my day and adding another loyal customer."
