"I contacted customer service this afternoon and spoke with Marcus Wilson concerning a warranty replacement compressor for my 1983 Mercedes 300SD. Marcus was very helpful and informative about the warranty process and very patient with me as I had some trouble following the deposit side of the arrangement.
