"A few day's after my complaint .The Costumer service Rep contacted me and ask what happened that I gave them a bad review, I explained in detail and they made it right .This place is on the up and up somewhat hard to find this day and time .I Thank them for their time and under standing and quick response on this issue. "I love the fact that the call centers are in in the United States. I didn't have to wait very long to speak to a live person but wouldn't have minded because the hold music was so great. My customer service agent was very friendly and efficient. This is the second purchase that I have made in a matter of a few months. I don't think I would shop for parts anywhere else.
