"Ordered a steering box for my 1963 Lincoln Continental and they did not have one in stock but immediately called and said it would be a few days before they could ship it and asked if that was ok. I gave them the go ahead and it arrived soon after. Got it installed and went to ship core back and realized I forgot to add the return label to my order so I gave them a call. Richard took my call and said no problem and sent me the return label for free! If I even need more steering parts this is the first place I will go."
