Very satisfied with the ordering procedure, actual quality of the product (drive shaft), however was not impressed with the poor effort to package the item for international shipment by your company. The cost of the unit which is not cheap in Canadian dollars, at minimum, deserved the use of a cardboard box to avoid any damage during shipment. Thankful the part was found and matched and fitted the vehicle since it had been 10 years since the recall and the original owner of the car never replace it til it failed for us. Just sent core back for return of deposit. And putting some miles on car to ensure mechanical reliability. If all, goes well then a “5” rating.
