Well the shipping cost was not added to price at Paypal. Which is good in some ways as maybe shipping will end up being free. However, you might correct this and slow the order down or even worse cancel the order or even bill me later for the cost of shipping. So that is why you onlly get a 4 out of 5 rating. Oh also I tried to create an accoount before the purchase and had to cancel that as all it did was spin in circles
