"When I ordered the part, I got an email back saying there was a problem so I called to talk to a rep. and turns out it was sold out. They had a new part for$50 dollars more, but my price range was only $200. The guy behind the phone helped me out and lowered the part down to an even $200 for me! It was great! I still got the free ground shipping too. And even better is, when you call, all calls go straight to an actually person... and no outsourcing.
