"I was skeptical at first because this was the first time doing business with BuyAutoParts.com and I usually do not order parts over the phone. Now saying that BuyAutoParts.com had a part I needed and it was at a great price. So I called and talked to Jay whom was extremely nice and was very knowledgeable on the part I needed. So I ordered the Part and received it in a timely manner. Thanks Jay it was exactly what I needed. I did have a few more questions and so again I called and talked to another sales representative (Aaro... read more
"Excellent experience. Radiator arrived quickly and in good/new condition. Perfect fit. I took the old one out and put the new one in 1.5 hrs. Piece of cake! "
"I bought two parts recently and got my daughters car back on the road. She has a 2002 Nissan Maxima, and parts alone you saved me about $500.00, and my labor about $500.00. I figure you saved me about a $1,000.00, which I didn't have. Thank you so much, I will use you in the future and tell everyone I know where to go for low cost quality parts. "Excellent Service and Very Good Price. I have already referred Buy Auto Parts to the automotive repair shop that did the installation of the part that I ordered. They were not aware of Buy Auto Parts. "
"Great Customer Service. I ordered two parts and AARON was fantastic. He only had one in stock but found the other part in the overflow warehouse. FANTASTIC!! "
"Got a very good price on these headlights, and the quality was first rate. The packages arrived exactly when they told me they would. Very pleased!"
"Talk to Aaron, on parts for my 97 ford ranger. He has work to get my business! I will buy from him in the future. Thanks Tom D."
"The part got here on time. Thanks so much. My car now has wonderfully cold air. Appreciate your wonderful service."
"My sales rep Cole was the best!!! Very accommodating, knowledgeable and service oriented. Glad to be able to not have to repeat everything 4 times while dealing with an overseas rep because they are in CA not India. They have the best prices on the internet for the OEM quality AC parts I insist on for my Corvette."
