"Very satisfied with the price and delivery of front struts for my 2007 suburban. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong part in error (needed air ride) and I needed to return it since I found out when the truck was in the shop. "I purchased a remanufactured rack and pinion for my Wife's Volvo that as it turned out was defective. I contacted customer service and spoke with Sales Supervisor Jonathan V. who bent over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied with my customer service experience. "Order # 588580 - Customer ID# 425368 I placed an order with Kim and was thoroughly impressed with the service and knowledge! Only issue I have is I was told that there was a $55.00 delivery charge which was charged to my credit card, then I had another $45.00 charge on delivery. I was not expecting the extra charge."
