Talk about customer service! This morning Macy ran into our room telling us her loaner car from Poynter’s locked its self while letting it de-frost for her to leave for work. Brian and I were not awake yet but my mind was racing. We started reaching out to Trent and Beth. Asking Trent for help. Then I remembered Amy worked in the service department. My family (Grandad, mom and myself) has bought almost every car we’ve ever owned from Bob Poynter and my experience buying my most recent car on Friday just reaffirms why I will never again shop anywhere else. Most painless experience ever, got just what I needed AND wanted, and I felt very taken care of. This is now my fourth Poynter vehicle and I’m sure I’ll have several more!
