I had a nail in my tire and had lost the wrench for the locking lug nuts. They had one that they were able to get my tire off and replace it (Nail in the sidewall unrepairable). 2 other dealers that were closer to me did not have wrench and said that they would have to bust them off (estimated about $100). They were booked up for the day but managed to squeeze me in. I bought the truck from them and it was a very nice buying experience. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them.
