Just want to say how thankful we are for the great service we received during our recent car repair. The sub-zero temperatures of the Polar Vortex caused a major engine failure in my wife's car. The repair experience went very well. Roger Graham was great to work with and took care of our needs with a loaner car. He took the time to explain the repair and answer all of my questions and concerns. All was covered under the factory warranty. This is why we deal with Bob Poynter.
