Good follow-up to a problem. Most of my service with Bob Bell Chevrolet in Bel Air has been very positive. I recently had one complaint about how my oil change was handled and the service manager contacted me directly, apologized and provided a free change on my next service. They have worked with me on all my service contacts and have always been very concerned with my satisfaction.

Super in sales and halfway super in service repair Loved the buying experience 3 months ago from start through finish. Took in for a repair. Receptionists on follow up calls i made were outstanding. Average communication during car repair service from service side and overly priced for 4 hours of work and no high priced new parts used at all. Service side satisfactory enough not to purchase a car there again, though the 2 functions of selling and repair service are separate.

great experience I had a great experience purchasing a 2015 Trax recently. Sales consultant Rob Fletcher did a great job working with me to decide which vehicles to test drive and figuring out the options for my needs. The staff set up the financing in a deal that was better than my prequalified loan from elsewhere. I’d highly recommend Bob Bell in Bel Air and I’ll be going there again when we need another vehicle.

2017 Colorado. I had my vehicle towed to the dealership on a Sunday. They contacted me before they opened on Monday, and had the diagnosis and repairs completed the same day. Excellent service.

Oil change and tire rotation Fast and friendly. Called for an oil change, tire rotation and an overall vehicle safety inspection - and was able to get an appointment the same day. Overall great experience.
