Wonderful Service Writer I took my 2011 Buick in for a recall notice. Not being mechanically inclined, I can only trust that they took care of it. However, I can’t commend Katie highly enough! Her presence, knowledge and friendly attitude can’t be beat! Bob Bell, you are blessed to have her. She’s been there whenever I’ve taken my Buick for service in the past. Katie, you will always get my vote!

Best dealership in the Maryland area. Best dealership I've ever been too. They were quick and to the point. They didn't waste anytime from the moment I walked in the doors it was right down to business. The staff at this dealership is on the next level when it comes to customer service. I purchased my new vehicle and was put the door headed home with in two hours. I would highly recommend this dealership.
