Highly recommend working with Jimmy Great purchase experience with Jimmy. Jimmy was able to take a video of the car in the lot and do all paperwork remotely. He even delivered the car the next day directly to my house. Great customer service and ease of purchase.

Great service department I called as I was passing by one day to inquire about the cost to replace my headlight. I spoke to Cindy in service department. She inquired about my vehicle then gave me a very reasonable price. I then inquired as to when I could get the work done. She scheduled me for the next day. Wonderful Service Writer I took my 2011 Buick in for a recall notice. Not being mechanically inclined, I can only trust that they took care of it. However, I can’t commend Katie highly enough! Her presence, knowledge and friendly attitude can’t be beat! Bob Bell, you are blessed to have her. She’s been there whenever I’ve taken my Buick for service in the past. Best dealership in the Maryland area. Best dealership I've ever been too. They were quick and to the point. They didn't waste anytime from the moment I walked in the doors it was right down to business. The staff at this dealership is on the next level when it comes to customer service. I purchased my new vehicle and was put the door headed home with in two hours. I would highly recommend this dealership.
