My grandmother bought 2 recliners in September of 2019 and they started fraying horribly. She called and it took them 2 months to come look at them to try to fix them. The manufacture is doing a full warranty replacement but Arwood's was trying to make my grandma pay for the delivery of the new ones, when they have to come and pick up the other chair as well! The staff is very friendly but as far as trying to make my grandmother pay for delivery when it wasnt her fault the material frayed so bad is just wrong. Will never rec... read more

Really disappointed in Arwoods. I purchased a couch, loveseat and recliner a few weeks ago and the loveseat was broke during delivery. I waited a month for a new loveseat to be delivered, I took off work in preparation for the delivery and they called that morning to say they broke the new loveseat. I'm now waiting 3 to 4 weeks again for a new one to be delivered. The sales people were great, management just doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I would not recommend purchasing furniture from Arwoods.

They are a rip-off, and lie about their warranties. The woman who sold me a $2000 couch talked us into a cleaning warranty. She didn’t mention it was only a spot clean..what a joke they are...never will I ever buy anything from them again. Iv had them replace the cushions and called to have them do them again but they blew me off. They don’t keep their word.

when you charge 48 dollars for cusrom color but offer 27 back when they can't provide

Used to buy for Atwood’s. Not no more. If you mark a floor model with a price as advertise 50% off that marked price. you honor that price. Not say that is the 50%. Because it’s in the warehouse. Is that not misleading or false advertising? That’s not good business. That’s how you loose customers like you just lost this one.

I originally recommended this store, with one minor complaint, after we were told that our pieces would be new, not floor models. That has changed! Next, were were told our extended warranty paperwork would be mailed instead of having to wait on it. After 10 days (allowed time for holidays) still nothing. Called on the 9th and was told it would be either resent/sent. Nothing. Manager today said he would fax, and I received, but paperwork doesn't even have complete address on it....just numerics. If I wasn’t in a bind I would have walked out of the store. Worst customer service. I had just admitted my husband in the Veterans home. Have no truck and they wanted to charge $35 to deliver a block and 1/2. There is a military base less than 20 miles from the store and don’t give a discount to them. They said they want to be fair (bull crap). You all are taking advantage of people cause there is not much around here. Bad place!! Really giving a 0

First time here and it was less than pleasant. Came for mattress sets, knew what we wanted, should’ve been easy. Prices on mattresses were not updated so computer system has them priced higher. The woman that helped us wasn’t going to offer me the price listed until I told her I wasn’t sure I wanted them then. Only then, did she ask her manager. It took FOREVER to get the order done. Customer service seemed less than knowledgeable about their computer system.

We have bought pretty much our whole living room and family room and several recliners from Arwoods as well as our kids have also. And until recently have been happy. We purchased a very expensive leather couch from them with the extended replacement warranty. Three years late still under warranty the leather is peeling of the top. They called the warranty company and the manufacture all they would do is give us $250 off a new one. Apperently this is a know factory defect so it is not covered under the warrenty.
