Went to look at mattresses yesterday and asked if someone could come help us. Well 20 minutes later no one came! One associate walked by like I wasn't even there. FYI there wasn't any people in the store-few cars in big parking lot. Sad~ disappointed = won't go back
I have spent thousands of dollars at this store over the years purchasing my dining room set with table 8 chairs and a hutch, a bedroom set with king bed, armoire and dresser with a mirror, plus the mattress set for this king bed, mattresses for both children, a day bed, bed frame for my son, couch, coffee table, jewelry armoire (of which I struggled with my saleswoman lying to me but I again went back out of convenience) an armoire for my daughter's room and the latest which was a bed frame for my daughter. This place is fine if there is no problem. I have bought thousands of dollars worth of furniture from this place. I have received 2 pieces of furniture that were damaged from them. That isn't the bad part as no one is perfect. The problem is their not willing to take responsibility for these issues. The last one was the final straw. Both times when the packaging was opened the items were damaged. They immediately started to accuse me of the damage. When it was obviously a issue with the warehouse. Be sure to ask specific questions about warranties on your purchase...or don't expect them to honor that warranty later. Great customer service completely tarnished by poor quality product.
Walked in with $2200 CASH to purchase furniture only to be completely ignored by 3 employees trying to close up early (including the salesman that helped us earlier that same day). Guessing they had bigger and better things to do. I will spend my money somewhere else and never go back.
I started shopping at this store in 2010 when we bought our home. Currently we have a living room set, a dining room table with 10 chairs and buffet, a bedroom set...all from Arwoods over the years. The last time we were there was a little over a year ago and the customer service was definitely not the same as it had been previously.
