We drove from Kansas City to Warrensburg, finding a living room set to replace ours of 26 years. The selection was wonderful without being overwhelming and the best prices we've seen! Our sales associate was fabulous and the delivery team were professional & careful ( humorous, too). We love our new furniture and will be back to furnish other rooms!!!

Drove to Warrensburg from KC to look at recliner's. We were pleasantly surprised with the number of recliners that were in the store to try out. Also very pleased with the salesperson who spent over 30 minutes with us trying to find the perfect recliner. Kat was friendly, patient and very helpful. While I did not find the perfect recliner, I would recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture.
We live about 20 miles away & bought a 5 pc bedroom plus mattress & box springs set back in September of 1995. We went to put the bed together & noticed a split in the wood of the foot board. We called Arwoods & they ordered a new one, came & picked up the defective one & delivered the replacement. Then when we moved a month later my dad bashed the front of the dresser into the brick front of our house damaging the front edge of the top. We purchased a sofa and it was delivered in August. I immediately noticed a problem. The guy come out to look and the rails are bent so there is a huge gap between the reclining seat and the middle cushion. He told us not to sit on it. It's been 7 months and no parts. The service department is trying to help, but management nor the owners care. I have a sofa that we haven't been able to sit on for 7 months. It should have never been delivered in that condition. Contacted twice by email about furniture I wanted to buy. No reply to either. Called and spoke with a lady that stated she would call me back with the price. No return call. Tried to give them business, but apparently they don't need it.

They took my recliner on two different occasions to be fixed. I truly think they just leave them in the warehouse for weeks then return them in the same condition. You are better off buying from someone else, quality and repair are very poor. At one time there furniture was top of the line. Not anymore.

They advertised no sales tax on tv and in store and no where did it say not on mattresses. charged us sales tax and refused to refund us. we've bought lots there but will never again. They should of stated with some exceptions. As well we're elderly and had to strap our mattress on to our trailer in the rain while the 2 young warehouse men watched. very poor customer service.
