The service dept service was exceptional and well above the normal expected. Veronica set up transportation to the car rental place and needed to try multiple car rentals as the first ones had no vehicles available. My smart phone fell out of my pocket into the car (Lyft?) on the way over. Veronica spent quite a bit of time helping me locate the phone and Kevin drove me to the lyft car that we were able to locate on his cell phone. Thank you!
