Biggest complaint is you make an appointment for a certain time for an oil change, and it still takes 2 to 3 hrs, which is not acceptable. I believe it should not take more then 45 minutes at the most after the appointment time. It almost takes up an entire day; can’t have other appointments or commitments.
Friendly sales staff, Tim helped me find a great vehicle within my price range. My trade in process was easy, everyone was very helpful!
