We had our AC go out on a Friday evening and contacted Air Docs who made our appointment for the following morning(Saturday). I was amazed at how fast they were able to come out to diagnose our AC problem. We ended up replacing our AC unit due to cost of repair and our unit was already 18 years old. Air Docs came out to my house performed a maintenance and service on my system the workmanship and the amount of work done and the quality of the service provided with the explanation of things that were found an issues that I could prevent. very efficient service in making appointment and communication about arrival time. Technician was knowledgable in diagnosing problem and though problem was not resolved it was because I wanted a particular thermostat which he did not carry on the truck.
