Big shout out to Team 4 of Air Docs! They came to my home today to replace the coolant coils as planned, as quoted, in our AC. They worked together efficiently, completed the job with no concerns to us, communicated well, and left the area all cleaned up nicely. 5 stars out of 5 to Team 4. Call to have our present a/c serviced. The technician inspected the handler and even though it was working it was in deplorable condition. It was actually a bad for our overall health how filthy it was inside. We went through the numbers to get a new system installed, back and forth until we agreed on a price (the technician called the owner to see where we could get some savings) it was a great help as we are on social security pension. We had our AC go out on a Friday evening and contacted Air Docs who made our appointment for the following morning(Saturday). I was amazed at how fast they were able to come out to diagnose our AC problem. We ended up replacing our AC unit due to cost of repair and our unit was already 18 years old.
